We offer a full 30 Day money-back guarantee for products purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product or service that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. Refunds of this nature are limited only to product downloads, courses with no live training component whatsoever & merchandise.

You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packaging slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price. For some items we offer partial refunds. Please check the refund policy of the individual items while placing order.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As per our policy, digital products that are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis can’t be returned. You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. After the 30 day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

Sale:You can get a refund for items on sale, provided they are in good condition with tags intact.Late or missing refunds:If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or contact the bank.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping:You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund:After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.

We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. To obtain a refund, the customer has to provide their order and online access code information to Customer service. In order to be eligible for a refund you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase the product must have the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

This is a 24 Hour 100% Money Back Service Guarantee limited to the first appointment for each client. This applies to the first session in a Session Plan and an Initial Session. To be eligible for a refund, Users will have had to attend the scheduled session. This 100% money-back service guarantee does not cover no shows or missed appointments. Further to this, the 100% Money Back Service Guarantee does not include other coaching services or training services that require a time investment from any of our team for delivering the service, beyond the initial session. Any additional sessions booked after the Initial Session will void the 100% Money Back Service Guarantee as continuing to book sessions assumes the initial consultation was to the Users satisfaction.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee: This is limited to the Quit Smoking Session Plan only. To be eligible to receive this refund the claim must be made through the form at the following page within 30 Days of the first Quit Smoking Session. Up to 2 Follow up sessions are available within the 30 day period to support clients making this change.
